I had such high hopes for this and really wanted it to work, but wow, it was just not comfortable for me at all. After wearing it for a little while, the straps started digging in like they had a personal grudge against my shoulders, and my back got sore way faster than I expected. I kept messing with the adjustments, hoping I’d magically find the perfect fit, but nope. Maybe it’s great for other people, but for me it felt more irritating than helpful. I ended up barely using it because I just couldn’t deal with it.

I ordered from Lil Legs thinking it would show up in a few days like the site said, but the delivery ended up taking much longer. What made it more annoying was that I couldn’t really tell who was supposed to be responsible for the delay, the store, the shipping company, or someone else. It felt like there wasn’t clear ownership, so I was just left waiting without much of an explanation.
The package did finally arrive and the item was fine, but by that point I already needed it, so it was frustrating. It wasn’t a total disaster, but the slow shipping and vague updates made the whole thing feel a lot more stressful than it needed to be

They have some really cute stuff, but browsing the site was kind of a headache. Everything feels cluttered and harder to navigate than it needs to be. Like, give me a break, I just want to look around without feeling overwhelmed...

Overall, it fits well. The straps are easy enough to adjust, though it did take a little fiddling at first to get everything sitting right. Reading between the lines, I’d say it’s a solid option as long as you don’t mind spending a few minutes tweaking the fit.

I’ve been using this for a bit and it’s been easy to switch around depending on how I want to carry. It’s mostly comfortable too, even when I’m out running errands with my wife. Overall, happy with it.

I ordered from here a while back, I think it was during a week when I was already dealing with a bunch of errands, so maybe I was extra impatient, but the customer service was frustrating. They barely got back to me, and when they did, it didn’t really help much. The return ended up taking way longer than I expected, and the whole thing felt like more of a hassle than it needed to be. I really wanted this to work, but my baby got sweaty so fast even with just light clothes on. The fabric doesn’t feel breathable at all, and it was hard to keep the temperature comfortable. I also had to wait in a long queue to buy it, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. i wouldn’t buy it again
